Job summary

Ezi Car Rental Wellington is seeking a hands-on Vehicle Service Agent to keep our fleet in top condition and ready for customers. This full-time role involves cleaning and preparing vehicles to a high standard, performing basic checks, and reporting any damage.

You’ll work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, thrive in a team, stay on your feet, and contribute to a smooth customer experience by ensuring well-presented vehicles and efficient yard organisation.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role (minimum 40 hours per week), working on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

As a Vehicle Service Agent at our Wellington branch, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet in top condition and ready for customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and reporting any vehicle damage
• Organising the yard and maintaining presentation standards
• Assisting with registrations and WOF processes
• Moving vehicles between locations, suppliers, and customers
