Job summary

VINZ, a national vehicle inspection specialist, is seeking qualified inspectors to support road safety. You will use your mechanical knowledge and eye for detail to perform inspections and work with a supportive team to meet NZTA standards.

Candidates should hold or be able to obtain NZTA Vehicle Inspector authority, have a full NZ driver’s licence, and bring customer-focused skills to a collaborative workplace that backs training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate holds NZTA COFB Vehicle Inspector authority or can meet NZTA requirements to obtain it.
• Solid mechanical or vehicle inspection experience is essential.
• Full NZ driver's licence is required.

To be considered for this role, you must either:

• Ideally you will hold an NZTA COFB Vehicle Inspector authority, if you do not, then the ability to meet NZTA requirements to obtain this authority is needed, check out
• Solid mechanical or inspection experience

You’ll Need:

• Full NZ driver's licence
• Relevant Trade qualification, or experience working as a Heavy Vehicle Technician that meets NZTA requirements
• Great eye for detail & reliable as they come
• Solid customer service skills & good team spirit
