Job summary

Vehicle Inspection NZ in Mosgiel is seeking a Vinning Assistant / Customer Service Officer to support vehicle certification processes. You will prepare client documentation and collect vehicle data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum NCEA Level 2 or equivalent.
• Mechanically minded or experienced in vehicle component removal and refitment.
• A clean driver's license is essential.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation for VIN and certification processes.
• Collect vehicle data for compliance and processing.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Make and fit VIN plates as required.
• Provide daily support as a Customer Service Officer, assisting internal and external customers during scheduled breaks.
