Job summary

Latitude 37 in Mount Maunganui, part of Star Group, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the operation, people and performance of the venue.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive guest experiences, and manage revenue, labour costs and profitability while collaborating with leaders across the business to deliver strategic initiatives.

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the reins. As part of Star Group, you’ll have the opportunity to lead an established venue, develop a great team and drive its continued success.

About the Role

As Latitude 37’s Venue Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall venue operation, leading your team to deliver great experiences while driving strong operational and commercial performance. Reporting to your Operations Manager, you’ll be across the people, service and numbers that keep the venue performing at its best.

• Own financial performance, including sales growth, labour and wage management, cost control and profitability

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations and maintain high standards across the business

• Work closely with operational leaders and support teams to deliver wider business initiatives
