Job summary

Rosie's Red-Hot Cantina in Auckland is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead, mentor and drive a high-energy hospitality team. You will oversee daily operations, guest experience and staff performance, while supporting the Venue Manager with administrative duties.

You should bring 3+ years in hospitality management and a current Manager's License, with strong communication, roster planning and a customer-first mindset to thrive in our dynamic seven-day operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a management position within hospitality
• Current Manager's License is required
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team
• Strong customer relationship management and rostering skills
• Ability to support the Venue Manager with admin tasks

Are you looking for the next step up in your hospitality career and after more responsibility? Rosie's is seeking their next Assistant Venue Manager; a natural born leader who has a knack for mentorship and driving the people around you. You will ideally have a current Manager's License with 3+ years' experience in a management position within the hospitality industry and can look after a range of key business functions such as customer relationship management, rostering the team, training of new team members and supporting the Venue Manager with administrative responsibilities (among other tasks). You fit into the team like a glove and are a key leader of the team, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our people.
