Job summary

Star Group is seeking a Venue Manager for Goode Brothers NorthWest in Massey. You will lead a high-performing team, set standards for guest experiences, and drive the venue's commercial performance while overseeing daily operations.

You’ll own people development, labour management, and cost controls, ensuring a vibrant, guest-centric venue. The role is hands-on and requires active floor leadership to keep the place humming.

About the Role

As Goode Brothers NorthWest’s Venue Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall venue operation, leading your team to deliver great experiences while driving strong operational and commercial performance. You’ll be across the people, service and numbers that keep the venue performing at its best.

• Own financial performance, including sales growth, labour and wage management, cost control and profitability

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations and maintain high standards across the business

• Build a strong team culture where people feel supported, challenged and motivated

• Work closely with operational leaders and support teams to deliver wider business initiatives
