Job summary

Timezone Sylvia Park in Auckland is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to help run a vibrant, multi-faceted entertainment venue and lead a dynamic team. You will influence the venue’s success, champion our values daily, and support the Venue Manager to ensure guest experiences are second to none.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a valid First Aid Certificate and a proven track record in hospitality or entertainment venues.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Hands-on, effective leader with experience managing within a multi-faceted hospitality or entertainment venue.
• Pro-active and innovative leader who can inspire the team to push hard.
• Strong relationship builder for corporate & social group bookings.
• Understanding of the financial management of a business.
• Passionate about guest experience and ensuring everyone leaves smiling.

As the Assistant Venue Manager for our BRAND NEW Timezone Sylvia Park venue, you will help run this multi-faceted venue & be an inspiring leader to our team! You will enjoy having input & influence over the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!

You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
