Job summary

Keith Andrews Trucks in Hamilton is seeking a highly organised Logistics Coordinator to keep our vehicles moving from arrival through delivery. You will coordinate movements, workshop bookings, and prep, working closely with Sales, the workshop, and external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll need a full NZ driver licence, a practical understanding of commercial vehicles, and strong planning, communication, and attention to detail to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Hold a full NZ driver licence; minimum Class 2 preferred.
• Practical understanding of commercial vehicles, truck bodies and accessories.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Clear communication across teams and with external partners.
• Proactive approach with an eye for detail and quality.
• Experience in logistics or vehicle coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movements across branches, workshops and suppliers.
• Organise transport, drivers, and delivery dates to meet schedules.
• Book workshops, monitor progress and follow up delays.
• Maintain accurate vehicle location, condition and prep status.
• Coordinate vehicle grooming and compliance documentation before delivery.
• Communicate progress and issues to Sales and Logistics teams.
• Coordinate handovers to customers and ensure smooth delivery.
