Job summary

Scania New Zealand in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to strengthen the Aftersales team. You will manage customer interactions, schedule vehicles and ensure accurate documentation, while coordinating with the workshop to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer service, preferably in transport/auto sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicles and provide updates to customers, both external and internal.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
• Create work orders, allocate work to the workshop and arrange invoicing.
