We are looking for x2 truck drivers in a full-time permanent role at J&H Movers Limited.

We are looking for x2 truck drivers in a full-time permanent role at J&H Movers Limited. The role is for a min 30 hours to max 40 hours per week at $30-$35 per hour.

You should have at least one year of relevant driving experience OR a secondary school qualification.

You should also have a NZ full driving license or the ability to gain a fulllicense for the role.

You should have forklift endorsement or the ability to gain the endorsement.

The job responsibilities are –

• Positioning vehicles for loading and unloading;
• Comfortable using lifting and tipping devices for loading and unloading;
• Ensure safety requirements are met while loading and unloading vehicles;
• making regular quality checks of the truck to ensure they are safe to drive;
• estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight;
• ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage;
• verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification ofdeliveries.
