Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a Truck Driver to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to client sites across locations. You will transport goods, maintain delivery records and ensure loads meet height, weight and specification requirements.

The role requires a clean Class 4/5 licence, good attention to detail and physical fitness. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean Class 4/5 driver's licence.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Must have a clear criminal record.
• NZ citizens/residents or legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods to different sites.
• Maintain records of deliveries made.
• Ensure truck is loaded appropriately and material is recorded correctly.
• Ensure loads comply with height, weight, and specification.
• Complete logbook accurately and in timely manner.
• Ensure Road User Charges (RUC), Registration and COF are up to date.
• Maintain and regularly inspect company vehicle for safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

About the Role:

Position: Truck Driver

Location: Auckland

Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour

Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week

Position type: Permanent, Full Time

• Transport goods to different sites.
