Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in Canberra. You’ll work with surgeons and clinical teams, building clinical, technical and commercial capability while advancing a long‑term career in medical technology sales.

You’ll join a high‑performing team, receive hands‑on onboarding and in‑theatre coaching, and have relocation support if you’re coming from interstate or New Zealand. A clear pathway to Territory Manager awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments
