Job summary

Enterprise Limited is seeking a Transport Operations Coordinator to keep a busy operation running smoothly. You will coordinate transport jobs, liaise with drivers and suppliers, manage scheduling, and allocate resources to the right jobs.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with transport operations knowledge who enjoys being at the centre of the action and improving daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport operations, dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination.
• Background in trucking, heavy transport, cranes, civil, waste, or quarrying.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships with drivers and suppliers.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Full NZ working rights.
