Job summary

Linde New Zealand Ltd is seeking a Compliance Co-ordinator to support the Glenbrook distribution network. You will manage licences, certifications, vehicle compliance, and training records, while contributing to safety reporting and incident follow-up.

Ideal candidates have transport/compliance experience, understand NZ regulations, and can leverage systems like EROAD, MyOSH, SAP, SharePoint and Power BI to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet or compliance.
• Good understanding of NZ transport regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong admin skills with great attention to detail.
• Confidence using systems like EROAD, MyOSH, SAP, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a range of people.
• Proactive, organised approach with a strong safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keep transport, fleet, safety, and compliance admin running smoothly across our NZ distribution network.
• Stay on top of licences, certifications, vehicle compliance, and other key requirements.
• Maintain accurate driver training, competency, and compliance records.
• Support incident investigations, safety reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Manage Dangerous Goods documentation, compliance reporting, and audit support.
• Look for ways to improve systems, processes, and overall compliance performance.
