Job summary

Linde New Zealand Ltd seeks a meticulous logistics administrator to maintain transport, fleet, safety and compliance records across our NZ distribution network. You will keep licences, certifications and vehicle compliance up to date.

You will also support incident investigations and safety reporting, manage Dangerous Goods documentation and audit support, and look for ways to improve systems and processes to boost compliance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet, compliance, or a similar environment.
• A good understanding of NZ transport regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong admin skills with great attention to detail.
• Confidence using systems like EROAD, MyOSH, SAP, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar.
• The ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a range of people.
• A proactive, organised approach with a strong safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keep transport, fleet, safety, and compliance admin running smoothly across our NZ distribution network.
• Stay on top of licences, certifications, vehicle compliance, and other key requirements.
• Maintain accurate driver training, competency, and compliance records.
• Support incident investigations, safety reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Manage Dangerous Goods documentation, compliance reporting, and audit support.
• Look for ways to improve systems, processes, and overall compliance performance.
