Job summary

Linde New Zealand Ltd is seeking a meticulous transport administration and compliance coordinator to support our NZ distribution network in Canterbury. You will manage licences, certifications, vehicle compliance, and driver training records to keep operations safe, legal and efficient.

The role requires strong admin skills, a good understanding of NZ transport regulations, and the ability to work with systems such as EROAD, MyOSH, SAP, SharePoint and Power BI to improve processes and reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience in transport, logistics, fleet, compliance or similar environment.
  • Understanding NZ transport regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong admin skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to use systems like EROAD, MyOSH, SAP, SharePoint, Power BI.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with a range of people.
  • Proactive, organized approach with safety-first mindset.
