Job summary

Sourced IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator in Christchurch (CHCH) for a major business transformation program over the next six months, with a start in October. You will join a growing program team working across two organisations to align people, processes and technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in enterprise environments.
• Foundational PM qualifications ideal but not essential.
• Ability to rapidly adapt to changes in priorities and environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Working with the project teams, and stakeholders across the business to support project activities.
• Setting up and maintaining projects in the project management system including schedule, risks/issues and decision registers, change requests and budget tracking.
• Assisting with month end review of status reports.
• Assisting to manage smaller projects.
• Serving as a point of communication between internal teams and external resources.
• Maintaining information and records to ensure work streams are informed by accurate and up to date information.
