Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a six-month fixed-term contract in Christchurch. You''ll join a growing programme team and work across two organisations to drive a major business transformation.

You will coordinate activities, maintain schedules and risk registers, support month-end reviews, and liaise with stakeholders locally and externally to keep information accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in roles supporting project delivery.
• Exposure to enterprise environments.
• Foundational PM qualifications ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working with project teams, and stakeholders across the business to support project activities
• Setting up and maintaining projects in the project management system including schedule, risks/issues and decision registers, change requests and budget tracking.
• Assisting with month end review of status reports
• Assisting to manage smaller projects
• Serving as a point of communication between internal teams and external resources
• Maintaining information and records to ensure work streams are informed by accurate and up to date information.

What you will do:
As a Project Coordinator, you will form part of a newly developed programme team, working between two separate organisations, understanding existing people, processes and systems, as a major business transformation gets underway.

You can expect to be involved in:

• Working with the project teams, and stakeholders across the business to support project activities
