Job summary

PowerNet is seeking a Project Business Analyst to join the Business Improvement team on a two-year fixed-term contract in Southland, NZ. You’ll support delivery of major initiatives including CRM and ADMS systems, helping shape how the organisation works and serves customers into the future.

With 5 weeks annual leave, a 9-day fortnight option and a collaborative team culture, this role offers professional growth and genuine work-life balance in Invercargill.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project environment.
• A qualification in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Change Management, Project Management, or a related discipline will be advantageous.
