Zusammenfassung

Datacom is seeking a Business Analyst in New Zealand to identify and deliver business and process improvements across operations and services. You will gather requirements, analyse data, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive better service performance and customer outcomes.

You will work with delivery, operations, and customer teams in a flexible, hybrid setup, balancing hands-on analysis with documentation and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Service Analyst, or similar.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes and workflows.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and business discussions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Understanding of service delivery methodologies (ITIL) and project delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, economics, or related field; ITIL Foundation certification.

• Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessments.
