Stats NZ invites a skilled Business Analyst to join our Development Team within Insights & Statistics on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. You will partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, map processes, and drive change initiatives that improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, business process improvement or operational excellence.
• Proven ability to analyse complex processes and identify practical improvements.
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives and providing change-related advice.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across all levels.

Responsibilities
