Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in a data or BI environment.
• Strong requirements, user story and process mapping skills.
• Confident stakeholder management.
• Agile experience and confidence stepping into a Scrum Master role.
• The ability to hit the ground running.
• Nice to have: SQL, Power BI, Databricks (or modern cloud platforms).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and shape work for developers to build.
• Run the team's Agile rituals and help with BI tasks as needed (Power BI/SQL/Databricks).
