Job summary

Carters in East Tamaki, Auckland is seeking a Trade Sales Support team member to act as the vital link between trade customers, Account Managers and internal branch teams, ensuring orders are placed accurately and queries resolved quickly.

You will process customer orders, coordinate deliveries, track back orders and build trusted relationships with trade customers while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills — efficient, accurate, and organised.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or trade/building supplies is advantageous.
• Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
