BGIS is seeking an experienced Trade Relationship Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our Te Mahi Ngatahi contract and planned maintenance programmes. Working closely with operational leaders, subcontractors, and Kainga Ora, you will help ensure sufficient trade capacity, strong contractor relationships, and the efficient delivery of maintenance services that improve homes and communities across New Zealand.
Reporting directly to the Trade Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with both client and BGIS teams to support subcontractor engagement, compliance, scheduling, and performance outcomes, helping drive a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for supporting operational success.
To support your development and integration into the team, this position will initially be based on‑site in our Christchurch office. As you become established in the role, there may be opportunities to discuss flexible working arrangements.
