Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a Trade Operations Supervisor to lead the Trade Drive-Thru and Yard team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience daily. You will coach and develop staff, coordinate operations, and drive a positive, high-performance culture in a busy retail environment.

You will report to the Trade Operations Leader and play a key role in daily execution, team development, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a motivated Trade Operations Supervisor to lead our Trade Drive-Thru and Yard team, creating an environment where team members can thrive while ensuring customers receive the best possible experience every day.

Reporting to the Trade Operations Leader, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading and developing people, building team culture, and setting high standards through coaching and support. You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, fostering teamwork, and helping your team deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Full time Permanent, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
