Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a Trade Operations Supervisor to lead our Trade Drive-Thru and Yard team, creating an environment where staff can thrive while delivering outstanding customer service daily. Reporting to the Trade Operations Leader, you will coach and develop people, drive daily operations, foster teamwork, and set high standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

We are looking for a motivated Trade Operations Supervisorto lead our Trade Drive-Thru and Yard team, creating an environment where teammembers can thrive while ensuring customers receive the best possibleexperience every day.

Reporting to the Trade Operations Leader, thisrole is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading and developingpeople, building team culture, and setting high standards through coaching andsupport. You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, fosteringteamwork, and helping your team deliver exceptional service in a fast-pacedenvironment.
