Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a Trade Drive-Thru Customer Service team member. The role covers interactions with Trade and DIY customers, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy.

We offer flexible rosters with options for Friday-Sunday or other combinations, and staff discounts; applicants must be NZ citizens, residents, or hold open work visa.

Responsabilités

• Assist Trade and DIY customers in the drive-thru, answering queries and processing requests.
• Keep the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.
• Support rostering; discuss shift hours with successful applicant.
• Opportunities for additional shifts or cover as needed.

TRADE Drive-Thru Customer Service (Part time or Full time)

We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Drive-Thru. This role will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly, assisting them with any requirements and queries, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.

You will bring;

• A focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure
• Good numeracy skills
• A very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable
• Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learn
• Possession of a forklift licence would be highly desirable, but is not a requirement
