Job summary

Anzor is seeking a friendly, energetic Trade Counter professional to cover parental leave at our Albany location. This full-time fixed-term role starts immediately and runs through July 2027, supporting engineering, building, marine and dairy sectors across New Zealand.

Daily duties include serving customers at the counter and on the phone, arranging orders, and upholding our brand values. We offer regular hours, training, internal transfers and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Physically fit for manual tasks and stocking.
• Honest and reliable with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Pick, pack, check and dispatch orders.
• Represent the Anzor brand and values.

We’re the 'Nuts and Bolts' behind New Zealand’s engineering, building, marine, and dairy sectors, proudly supporting the industries that keep the country moving. We’re now looking for a friendly and energetic Trade Counter professional to join our Albany team on a fixed-term basis, covering parental leave.

This role is a full-time, fixed-term parental leave cover role, available for an immediate start through to July 2027.

What will you do each day?

• Serve customers over the trade counter and phone
• Picking, packing, checking and sending out orders
• Represent our brand and core values; and
• Have fun while working as part of a friendly team.

• Who is kind and has a positive and friendly attitude
• Who is physically fit
• With customer service/retail experience (ideal but not essential)
• Honest and reliable
