NZ Safety Blackwoods is seeking a motivated Trade Centre Supervisor for our Avondale Trade Centre. You will lead a team, drive customer experiences, and identify opportunities to grow sales while delivering strong commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Trade Centre Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve branch performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Influence positive outcomes through collaboration and initiative.
• Coordinate daily branch activities to meet customer requirements on time.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control processes.
• Support branch administration, including invoices, banking, and POS transactions.
• Maintain high health, safety and branch presentation standards.
• Undertake manual handling tasks and support operations as required.
• Work with Account Managers to maximise customer opportunities.
