Aliaxis is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead customer relationships across Auckland (East, Central & North) and Northland. You will expand market share, manage existing accounts and identify new opportunities for our plumbing product portfolio.

The role suits a self-driven, field-based professional who thrives on building relationships and solving customer challenges. Travel across the territory and close collaboration with internal teams will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in territory sales, account management, plumbing, construction or a related trade environment.
• A plumbing trade background or technical product knowledge would be highly regarded, particularly for transitioning into sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, identify opportunities and deliver commercial results.
• Project sales experience with stakeholder engagement to influence specifications and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, end users, and key stakeholders while managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, technical advice, demonstrations, presentations, training, and ongoing support.
