Aliaxis seeks a Territory Manager to develop and manage customer relationships across Auckland (East, Central & North) and Northland, growing market share for our plumbing portfolio. You thrive in a field-based role, building strong customer connections and delivering solutions.

This role suits someone with a plumbing trade background or technical product knowledge, who enjoys autonomy, travel, and delivering commercial results for a respected industry leader.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in territory sales, account management, plumbing, construction or a related trade environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and deliver commercial results.
• Experience in project sales, including influencing specifications and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills to promote Marley value proposition.
• Ability to work independently across a large territory while staying collaborative with the team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, end users and stakeholders.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
• Provide product knowledge, technical advice, demonstrations, training and ongoing support.
• Conduct regular customer visits and implement territory plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Use sales data and feedback to refine sales approach and improve territory performance.
• Coordinate product launches, trade events, promotions and customer engagement activities.
