Job summary

Brandt is seeking Compact Construction Equipment Consultants to join our Hamilton Sales team, driving sales of a wide range of equipment and parts to meet customer needs.

As part of Brandt, you will build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver equipment solutions that meet operational needs, with earnings potential, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities within a world-leading equipment dealer.

Qualifications

• Ability to grow sales within a defined territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales experience and/or heavy equipment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Brandt's Compact Construction Equipment range by building relationships with customers and identifying business opportunities.
• Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment and financing options.
• Implement and maintain regular call cycles within assigned territory and keep customer information up to date for sales management.
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations and participate in customer events.
• Communicate market trends and sales reports to management.
