Job summary

Brandt Tractor is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Stratford team, focusing on Compact Construction Equipment, Turf and Compact Utility Tractors. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities and deliver solutions that meet customers' operations.

You will manage a geographic area, maintain product knowledge, run regular call cycles, participate in events and demonstrations, and help customers finance purchases. This role offers growth and a path to advancement within Brandt.

Qualifications

• Experience selling heavy equipment or related solutions is a plus.
• Ability to grow sales within a defined territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Brandt's Compact Construction Equipment, Turf and Compact Utility Tractors, building strong customer relationships and delivering equipment solutions.
• Own and manage a geographic area, with regular call cycles and market monitoring.
• Maintain product knowledge, coordinate demonstrations, and assist with financing options for customers.
• Participate in customer events, sales training, and management reporting.
