PepsiCo is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across the wider Wellington & Palmerston North area. You will execute promotional plans, build store relationships, and analyze Dunnhumby data to spot opportunities, while promoting health and safety culture.

You will work with Field Sales to achieve category growth, use data to optimize in-store execution, and support sustainability initiatives as part of PepsiCo Positive (Pep+).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG industry, preferably with Field Sales experience.
• A commercially astute, analytical individual with FMCG experience.
• Field Sales experience is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI & Dunnhumby.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.
• Proven strength in prioritization and time management.

Responsabilités

• Planning and executing the Bluebird promotional program in key stores.
• Build strong relationships at multi levels within the stores in your region.
• Negotiating displays in-store to deliver quarterly/annual sales budgets.
• Execute NPD and Big-Bet activation plans in all stores as per monthly priorities.
• Monthly analysis of Dunnhumby data to identify growth opportunities.
