Job summary

PepsiCo is recruiting a Territory Manager for the Christchurch Outer Area to drive sales growth by executing banner promotions and shopper activations. You will build strong store relationships, optimize shelf space, and ensure compliance while promoting health and safety culture.

The role requires FMCG field sales experience, strong analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and Dunnhumby. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years' experience in FMCG industry preferably with experience in Field Sales.
• Proven commercially astute with experience in FMCG.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with presentation, negotiation and influencing.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing the Bluebird promotional program in key stores.
• Build strong relationships at multi levels within stores in the region.
• Negotiating displays in-store to deliver quarterly/annual sales budget.
• Execute NPD and Big-Bet activation plans in stores as per monthly priorities.
• Monthly analysis of Dunnhumby data to analyse performance and trends.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Field Sales Team as a Territory Manager based in Christchurch - Outer Area.

In this role you willd drive sales category growth and profitability by executing banner promotional plans and shopper activations focusing on growing PepsiCo brands. You will have the ability to use scan data to identify in-store execution opportunities such as distribution, shelf space and display execution. Building and maintaining a great relationship with the customers is key to success in ensuring compliance as well as driving extra discretionary opportunities. Whilst always promoting, developing and improving the Health and Safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing our Bluebird promotional program in your key stores: New World, Pak N Save, Four Square, Woolworths, Fresh Choice, Kmart, TWL & Gilmours
• Build strong relationships at multi levels within the stores in your region
• Negotiating displays in-store to deliver the quarterly/annual sales budget
• Execute NPD and Big-Bet activation plans in all stores as per monthly commercial priorities
• Monthly analysis of Dunnhumby data, to analyse performance and trends in the grocery channel and identify opportunities for growth in your region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years' experience in FMCG industry preferably with experience in Field Sales
• A commercially astute, analytical individual with experience in FMCG
• Field Sales Experience is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI & Dunnhumby
• Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written
• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and influencing.
• Proven strength in prioritization and time management skills
