Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in New Zealand seeks a permanent full-time role to support Bluebird Warehouse operations with best practice, delivering cost efficiency and reliable service from 2.30pm to 10.30pm with a Monday–Friday schedule in Wiri.

You will work with the Shift Manager and Despatchers to foster a continuous improvement culture across all shifts, requiring strong communication, autonomy and Excel literacy; tertiary qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Mathematical skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously and be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• To support Bluebird Warehouse’s Operational activities with Best Practice.
• To work with the Shift Manager and Warehouse Despatchers to improve performance across all three shifts.
• To engage with other shifts to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• To support Bluebird Warehouse’s Operational activities with Best Practice, that provide Bluebird with a low cost base and service levels and complement the Supply Chain objectives.
• To work in conjunction with the Shift Manager and Warehouse Despatchers to develop a continuous improvement culture and to improve performance across all three shifts through excellent communication and cooperation.
• To engage with the other shifts to improve functionally related continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications (preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Mathematical skills - Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Computer literate – intermediate excel skills.
