Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join the New Zealand Field Sales team. You will own an established East Auckland territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales performance across 25 retail stores.

You will execute promotions, negotiate in-store space, and analyze data to identify opportunities. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an established East Auckland territory across 25 retail stores.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers and key decision-makers.
  • Execute promotional activity and secure additional display opportunities.
  • Negotiate product ranging, space and visibility in-store.
  • Drive new product launches and distribution targets.
  • Analyse sales and store performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support and work alongside merchandisers across the territory.
  • Plan and manage your weekly call cycle to maximise effectiveness.
  • Deliver business reviews and ensure outstanding in-store execution.
