Mondelēz NZ is seeking an Account Executive to manage promotional programs, customer portals, and demand forecasting for our NZ markets. Based in Avondale, Auckland, this permanent full-time role offers opportunities to work with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales and supply chain.
We value graduates with a business degree and 1–2 years in FMCG, data analytics experience with NielsenIQ/Quantium/dunnhumby, and strong Excel/PowerBI skills. The salary range is NZD 80,000–90,000 per year.

The Opportunity
As Account Executive you will:
Manage all promotional programs, ensuring the Trade Promotions system ismaintainedaccurately
Managethecustomer portalsfor bothFoodstuffs North and South Islands, ensuringthedatameetsthe customers’requirementsat all times
Support the Account Manager withdemand forecastandtrade spendanalysis, and any marketing or promotional supportrequired
Analyse data from systems such as NielsenIQ and dunnhumby, identify opportunities to optimise promotional activity, and present recommendations.
Managecustomer claimseffectively and resolve discrepanciesin a timely manner
Collaboratewith your marketing, category, fieldsalesand supply chain peersto ensure seamless execution of account plans andaccurateforecasting
Build andmaintainstrong relationships withcustomers and key stakeholders, through effective communication
This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), based at our head office in Avondale, Auckland.

Experience within the NZ FMCG industryin a support roleon a Foodstuffs account. Field sales experience isadvantageous
Due to thecomplexnatureof ourbusiness,withcontinuous innovation andmarketing activations,you’llhaveexperience witheithertheconfectioneryand/or biscuitcategories
Strong communicationskills with an ability to adapt your style as needed
The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Strong time management,planningand organisational skills
Demonstratable experiencewith data analysis in systems such asNielsenIQ, Quantium ordunnhumby
Very strongexcel skills, experience usinga trade promotions system, andPowerBI
