Job summary

Yates Group is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to cover Wellington, Palmerston North, Taranaki and Dannevirke. The role is field-based, autonomous, and focused on growing a portfolio of major retail and independent accounts.

You will partner with customers, identify opportunities, and drive sales across a diverse product portfolio, leveraging data to optimise category growth and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key retail accounts across your territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Use data and insights to drive category growth, promotions and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and execute territory plans that deliver sustainable business growth.
• Represent Yates in the field, partnering closely with customers to maximise performance.
• Liaise with teams to ensure alignment and execution of programs and campaigns.
• Support and participate in community and wellbeing initiatives when relevant.
