Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of tendering or bid management experience in telecoms, data centres or EPC.
• Proven track record in preparing and winning medium-to-large infrastructure tenders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of tenders, proposals and responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP.
• Develop bid plans in collaboration with Sales, Projects, Engineering, Finance and Legal.
• Elaborate, challenge and validate customised solutions as liaison between technical teams and sales managers.
• Review tender documents, identify key requirements, risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment with objectives and compliance.
• Define and manage tender timelines, deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Coordinate post-tender clarifications, negotiations and contract finalisation with technical, commercial and legal teams.
• Liaise with Project, Engineering and Operations teams to gather inputs for scope, cost estimation and risk assessments.
