Job summary

BW Digital Pte Limited in Auckland, NZ seeks an experienced IT leader to set strategy, govern enterprise platforms and oversee end-user technology, security and ISO27001-aligned controls. The role spans architecture, operations, budgets and risk management across BW Digital sites.

You will build roadmaps, lead internal IT teams and partners, drive automation and data governance, and report progress to the board with clear metrics on cyber posture, cost control and business growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership across enterprise IT and multi-site ops.
• Experience developing IT strategy and investment cases.
• Knowledge of identity, endpoint, cloud, networks and service management.
• ISO27001 governance, risk, incident response experience.
• Budgeting, procurement, licences and vendor management.
• Leading teams through complex technology change across countries.
• Strong executive communication and business risk framing.
• Experience in digital infrastructure and data centres.
• Certifications in security, cloud, EA or IT governance.
• Experience with rapid growth, mergers, acquisitions or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year IT strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Define target enterprise architecture and lifecycle plans for corporate platforms, infrastructure, cloud services, applications, networks and end-user technology.
• Advise executives on technology opportunities and investment priorities.
• Lead day-to-day IT services across BW Digital locations.
• Own IT service management including incident, change and asset management.
• Maintain business continuity, disaster recovery and DR testing.
• Provide information security management aligned with ISO27001.
• Oversee data governance, automation and AI opportunities.
• Prepare board reporting on roadmap delivery and risks.
