Belron New Zealand is hiring an Autoglass Technician in Blenheim. You will repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass, delivering top-quality workmanship while advising customers on options and value-added products.

Full training toward a National Certificate in Automotive Reglazing (Level 3) NZQF is provided, plus international assignment opportunities and career development within the Belron group.

Location: Smith&Smith Blenheim

Hours: 30 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday

What we’re looking for

Motivated people with a passion for hands-on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.

No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

A passion for exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value-added products and services.

Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (up to 25kg) during a normal working day.

A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.

You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test.
