Belron New Zealand is seeking an Autoglass Technician in Christchurch to repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass using advanced tools and techniques.

You'll work directly with customers, provide expert advice, upsell value-added products and ensure top-quality workmanship while benefiting from extensive training and global opportunities within the Belron group.

Location: Smith&Smith Christchurch Central

Hours: 30 hours, rostered across the week (Mondays to Sundays)

What we’re looking for

Motivated people with a passion for hands‑on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.

No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

A passion for exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value‑added products and services.

Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (25kg) during a normal working day.

A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.

You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

Must be willing to complete a drug and alcohol pre‑employment test as part of our selection process.
