Belron New Zealand is seeking an Autoglass Technician to repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass with the latest tools and technology. You will interact with customers, provide expert advice, and upsell value-added products while delivering top-quality workmanship.

This role offers paid overseas assignments, on-the-job training towards a National Certificate in Automotive Reglazing, and comprehensive benefits within a supportive Belron NZ team.

• Location: Smith&Smith Porirua
• Hours: 40 hours, rostered across the week (Monday to Friday)

What we’re looking for

• Motivated people with a passion for hands‑on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• 3 years' Autoglass repair and replacement experience.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value‑added products and services.
• Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (25kg) during a normal working day.
• A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.
• You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
• Must be willing to complete a drug and alcohol pre-employment test as part of our selection process.
