Job summary

Belron New Zealand, Napier region, is seeking an Autoglass Technician to repair, replace and calibrate vehicle glass using advanced tools. You will be the face of our service, delivering expert advice and ensuring a great customer experience through every interaction.

No prior Autoglass experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities for overseas assignments and paid training toward a National Certificate in Automotive Reglazing (Level 3) NZQF.

Location: Smith&Smith Napier

Hours: 30 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday

What we’re looking for

Motivated people with a passion for hands-on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.

No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

A passion for exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value-added products and services.

Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (up to 25kg) during a normal working day.

A clean driver's license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.

You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test.
