Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking an On-Site Tech Solutions Specialist for the St Lukes Noel Leeming store. You will perform live demonstrations, provide expert support and advice, and deliver and install customer purchases.

A customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to lift equipment and work in a dynamic retail setting. Key requirements include a full NZ driver’s license and eligibility to work in New Zealand for at least 24

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide proactive service.
• Willingness to lift and move equipment as part of in-store demonstrations and installs.
• Full clean New Zealand driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Able to work legally in New Zealand for 24+ months.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service including live product demonstrations, support and advice.
• Deliver and install purchases for customers in-store.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Maintain a proactive, 'get it done' attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
