Job summary

Noel Leeming, New Zealand's leading electronics retailer, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers at the counter, handle payments questions, and support repairs and sales inquiries in a friendly, helpful manner.

With a focus on delivering a memorable customer experience, you will communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and contribute to a smooth store operation during Thursday and Friday shifts from 12:00pm to 9:00pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods.
• A passion for helping others and your team.
• Experience using a point of sale system is beneficial.
• An interest in tech

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments such as hire purchases and credit applications.
• Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries.
• Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Supporting administrative tasks.
