Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers with computer support needs in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues across devices
• Maintain stock and inventory, ensuring availability of parts
• Perform on-site and in-store repairs for laptops, mobiles, and other electronics
• Install operating systems, updates, drivers and security software
• Process paperwork and documentation for sales and service orders
• Liaise with suppliers for parts and warranty handling
• Build strong relationships with customers and staff to enhance goodwill
