Westpac NZ is seeking a strategic technology executive to lead Technology Operations, Service Management, resilience and Business Applications. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive reliability and continuous improvement across critical platforms, shaping our reliability strategy and investor in technology modernization.

You will lead high-performing teams, manage major incidents, and align engineering practices with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in Technology Operations or Enterprise Tech.
• Deep ITIL, SRE, DevOps and resilience expertise.
• Experience leading large-scale operations and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Service Management and incident response.
• Drive reliability, governance, and performance metrics.
• Sponsor roadmaps and investment planning for apps.
• Partner with senior leaders and vendors.
