Job summary

Ministry of Justice - New Zealand in Wellington is seeking a Team Manager, Resource Development to lead the specialist team that develops and manages legal information resources and systems supporting judges across Aotearoa.

Reporting to the Manager Judicial Libraries, you will blend people leadership with oversight of resources, budgets, suppliers and data-driven service improvements, shaping national services and guiding future information delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing people.
• Hold a postgraduate library or other relevant qualification.
• Know information resources, systems and supplier management.
• Manage budgets and turn data into practical decisions.
• Understand te ao Māori and tikanga Māori in legal info context.
• Experience in legal/government or complex service environment is an advantage.
